The Venue

The Canberra Business Events Centre, modern & contemporary by design, has two rooms available for hire. The Panorama Room – a comfortable boardroom seating up to 22 people and The Eye – a spacious area with fantastic views, great for launches, exhibitions, cocktail parties and dinner events for 40-100 guests.

Hudsons Catering would be delighted to assist with all your culinary requirements. Consider our various menu options, then do one of the following to place your order or register your enquiry with us.

Simply complete the CBEC Catering Order Form, with your details and requirements and forward directly to the Centre by Fax to: 6207 7395 or Email to: facilitymanager@cbec.com.au for confirmation.

Inclusions, Terms & Conditions

• All Menu Prices include the supply of all required catering equipment & delivery to the Centre
• All prices are inclusive of GST
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all Catering Orders, Changes to Orders or Cancellations
• Orders placed in advance must provide final numbers for catering 48 hours (2 full working days), prior to the event
• There is a 15% (fifteen percent) surcharge for all services provided on a Sunday or Public Holiday
• Seasonal Variations may require price amendments
• All Day Events with 30 or more attendees and all Evening Events will require Hospitality Staff to serve - $37.50 each per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
